The Group captured and ringed 272 Fieldfare only 2 were ever recovered. Remarkably RJ04020 the only Fieldfare I ever ringed in my garden on 11/02/1991, was re encountered on 25/06/1992 the next year in Sweden it was accidently caught in nets protecting crops and released and the following year was found dead in Denmark on the 22/02/1993.
